Insurant’s actions upon occurrence of an insured event

• take all possible measures immediately for saving an Insured property, life and property of third parties, and for reducing an amount of loss and eliminating causes that facilitate occurrence of additional losses;
• inform authorized bodies immediately of the event that bear signs of an insured risk;
• immediately, but not later than 24 hours upon the occurrence of an event that can be later classified as an insured event inform the Insurer of the occurrence of such event at 0 800 500 195 or a duly authorized representative of the Insurer.
• submit the Insurer a written notification of the event within three working days after its occurrence. If the event has taken place abroad, the Insurant shall send a written notification of the event within 3 working days after the Insurant’s coming back to Ukraine.
