Insurant’s (Insured person’s) actions upon occurrence of an insured event while having a trip abroad

The Insurant (Insured person) shall do the following once an insured event occurs:

1. Inform the Customer Support Service within 24 hours since the occurrence of an event at a phone number specified in the insurance agreement;
2. Inform a coordinator the following information:
   
   
   • insurance agreement no;
   • surname and name of the Insured person;
   • validity term of the Insurance agreement;
   • location of the Insured person, contact phone number;
   • detailed description of circumstances and assistance needed.
3. Fulfill instructions and/or recommendations of the Customer support service or the Insurer.
