Insurance of Cargo

Any transportation is closely related to the risk of cargo loss or damage leading to material loss and non-observance of contractual obligations. Obtaining a cargo insurance policy will ensure protection from such events.

“TAS” Insurance Group has been successfully collaborating with Ukrainian enterprises for cargo insurance. We are proposing you to shuffle off the risk of cargo loss or damage, which are possible to occur during transportation, onto us.

Voluntary insurance of international auto carriers’ liability by CMR system is liability insurance of auto carriers that carry out transportation by CMR waybill in accordance with the amended and updated Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) of 1956, including the Protocol to the Convention of 1978.

“TAS” Insurance Group developed the program that provides full insurance coverage intended for international auto carriers if they receive claims from the third parties (cargo owners or other persons suffering property damage).
