TAS Insurance Group was acknowledged the best insurance company in 2008 according to results of journalists survey “Ukrainian Tourism As Seen By Ukrainian Printed Media”
Yesterday, Ukrainian journalists, members of Tourism Press Club of Ukraine Association, acknowledged again the TAS Insurance Group the best insurance company of the year. TAS IG outran other insurance companies represented in this category, such as “Ukrainian Fire Insurance Company”, “Veksel” IC, “Providna” IC, and “Universalnaya” IC. The majority of press club members who took part in the survey voted for TAS Insurance Group in the category “The Best Insurance Company-2008”. The estimation criteria were a quality of providing services on tourist insurance, a share of tourism related set of services in a total scope of company activities, variety of offers in tourism on the insurance service market, reliability of insurance services. Journalists of 46 media participated in the survey in 2008. The media included tourism newspapers and magazines, daily socio-political publications, tourism Internet portals and TV companies that highlight topics on tourism. When receiving the award, Head of Health Care and Personal Insurance Department of TAS IG Serhyi Kucherenko thanked journalists for a high estimation of Company activities, interesting articles and coverage. He also pointed out that a lot of journalists projects had been submitted to the contest of journalistic publications organized by TAS IG, and all of them would be reviewed by the contest committee. The contest results will be announced in the beginning of the following month.
