TAS Insurance Group extended the Property Obligatory Reinsurance Contract with the Munich Reinsurance Company (Munich Re) for 2009. The Contract provides coverage to insured property of legal entities and individuals, construction and mounting risks, including third party liability when performing construction and mounting operations, as well as construction vehicles and machinery at a construction site. Other reinsurers under the obligatory property reinsurance program are Hanover Reinsurance Company (Hanover Re) and Polish Reinsurance Company (Polish Re).

“We have been cooperating with the Munich Reinsurance Company for six years now, and our cooperation will continue. Many reinsurers today, especially those that have an international recognition approach seriously to partners selection. The fact that we have extended the contract bespeaks the TAS Insurance Group is esteemed and evaluated as a reliable partner”, said Head of Obligatory Reinsurance Department TAS IG Svitlana Shkarban.

Besides, TAS Insurance Group has extended cargo and water transport reinsurance contracts with the Hanover Reinsurance Company and Polish Reinsurance Company.

A land transport reinsurance contract has been concluded with Cologne Reinsurance Company (Gen Re).

We’ve renewed accident reinsurance contracts. Reinsurers under this program are Polish Reinsurance Company (Polish Re), Russian Reinsurance Company (Russian Re) and Sava Reinsurance Company (Sava Re).
