TAS Insurance Group (TAS IG) organized and held a training seminar for sales managers in the town of Kremenets (Ternopil oblast). It was attended by over 50 experts from 7 regional branches of the TAS Insurance Group who work in Western Ukraine: in Volynska Regional Branch, Western Regional Branch, in Uzhhorod, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk and Rivne Branches.
The seminar started from reporting on the results of the activities of the company and its branches for 5 months 2009.
Then, Head of the Retail Sales Department Anna Morozova introduced two new retail products: TAS-Vlasna Sprava [TAS-Own Business] and TAS-Oshchadlyve Casko [TAS-Thrifty CASKO] and answered questions put by the seminar participants.
The seminar’s second day was commenced by the Chairman of the Board Dmytro Grytsuta who had arrived there with a special intention to talk to the company’s best sellers in the Western region. Dmytro Grytsuta informed on principal trends of the Ukrainian insurance market development and its current state, talked about the TAS IG’s position as compared to other companies and the insurance market taken in general. He informed on main objectives for the following several months and up to the end of 2009 set to employees of the TAS IG. Dmytro specified that the current principal objective was not only to preserve positions achieved the previous year, but also to make advances in future.
Then, Vitaly Nechyporenko gave a seminar on the subject of «Insurance Products Sales in Current Economic Conditions».
Head of the Sales Network Coordination Department TAS IG Inna Brailovska pointed out: «As we’ve asked sales managers with a considerable working background to attend the seminar, it’s been organized not only as a training but also as an incentive event. The seminar participants had a chance to talk, exchange their professional experience and discuss on future plans with each other, and also discuss the issues with the Chairman of the Board, his deputies and heads of departments of the Head Office of the TAS IG. The seminar attendants visited the Pochaivsk Lavra, the St. Ana Lake, the botanic garden and historical monuments in the town of Kremenets, in particular, ruins of an ancient castle. This was the first training seminar out of five of them scheduled for June-July this year. Another four events will take place in different regions of Ukraine: in Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Berdiansk and Yevpatoriya. The seminars provide for the participation of the best top managers of sales centers in all regional branches of the TAS Insurance Group.»
