Insurant’s (Insured person’s) actions upon occurrence of an insured event while having a trip abroad
The Insurant (Insured person) shall do the following once an insured event occurs:
- Inform the Customer Support Service within 24 hours since the occurrence of an event at a phone number specified in the insurance agreement;
- Inform a coordinator the following information:
- insurance agreement no;
- surname and name of the Insured person;
- validity term of the Insurance agreement;
- location of the Insured person, contact phone number;
- detailed description of circumstances and assistance needed.
- Fulfill instructions and/or recommendations of the Customer support service or the Insurer.
